This flat roof was in a terrible state, literally falling in on itself and required additional Rafters bolted alongside the original rafters, total boarding and then new EPDM rubber flat roof installed. As you can see it does look beautiful.

EPDM is in our opinion, the best roofing solution for oblong roof shapes. if your flat roof has many aspects and shapes then it may be best to choose a GRP fibreglass roof system as this offers greater flexibility for different shapes whereas EPDM is best when used with no joints.
